2, the glass wool absorbs a lot of water, and the insulation effect is greatly reduced after absorbing water.

It is recommended to make a vapor insulation layer (that is, aluminum foil or white polypropylene veneer, requiring the paste to face the room) to prevent water vapor from entering the insulation layer. And improve the insulation thickness, generally increased to 1.7 times.

3, increase ventilation: ventilation will reduce the room temperature, reduce the temperature difference on the board surface, and reduce the indoor relative humidity.

4. Suspended ceiling to form attic.

The air separation itself is insulation, and at the same time, the attic can be ventilated separately.

The prevention of condensation is very important for light steel structure workshops with large evaporation in production. Possible: glass wool due to absorption of condensate resulting in a doubling of the roof load, condensate dripping into the production line resulting in equipment and product fouling, indoor environment deterioration and so on.
