The anticorrosive construction and paint selection of different building materials are different, such as reinforced concrete plants, steel structure plants, etc., steel structure plants have higher anticorrosive requirements, so today we understand how to construct anticorrosive coatings in steel structure plants and what coatings should be used.

Anti-corrosion coatings for steel structure workshops generally use epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy intermediate paint, acrylic top paint or epoxy iron red primer, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, polyurethane top paint and other supporting schemes, and select the top paint according to the anti-corrosion design requirements and cycle regulations.

Surface treatment: First of all, rust removal of the steel structure can be used, sandblasting, pickling and other methods, while grinding the welding joint, is the metal surface leveling, rust treatment, remove the dust and oil on the surface of the steel structure, improve the adhesion of the paint.

2. Spray paint primer: Generally use zinc-rich primer, red lead anti-rust paint or iron red anti-rust paint. Paint should be equipped as required to control paint viscosity. When painting, move evenly from left to right to avoid too thick paint film;

3. Spray paint: the paint can only be painted after the primer is dry and dry. Roll paint, spray paint, brush paint can be used. The paint brush is evenly painted, and the solid layer is criss-crossed to prevent brush leakage.
