Technical points of steel structure installation

1. Positioning measurement

According to the design data, the horizontal elevation, axis and column spacing of the foundation are remeasured. The top surface of the foundation is marked with a cross line of two axes, which is used as the positioning basis of the installation column.

2. Install the column

In order to eliminate the influence of the error in the manufacturing of the column length on the column elevation, before hoisting, 1m is measured downward from the upper plane of the ox leg as the section of the theoretical elevation, marked with obvious marks, and used as the benchmark for adjusting the column elevation. On the upper surface of the bottom plate of the column, mark the cross lines through the vertical and horizontal axes of the column, which are used as the reference for the installation and positioning of the column. When installing the cross lines on the column and on the foundation, use a level to correct the column elevation according to the theoretical elevation mark on the column, then use a cushion block to cushion the column, and tighten the anchor screws. Then use two theodolites to correct the vertical degree of the column from the two axis directions, and use double nuts to tighten the bolts after meeting the requirements. For the columns of single unstable structures, temporary protection measures can be taken with the aid of air reinforcement cables. For columns designed with intercolumn supports, you can install intercolumn supports to enhance structural stability.

3. Crane beam installation

Before the installation of the crane beam, it should be checked, and it can be installed when the deformation is not exceeded. After the single piece of the crane beam is hoisted into place, it should be bolted to the bull leg in time, and the connecting plate between the upper edge of the beam and the column should be connected, and the bolts should be tightened after meeting the requirements.

4. Roof beam steel structure installation

The roof beam should be inspected before assembling on the ground. When the deformation of the component is not excessive, the friction surface of the high-strength bolt connection is free of sand and other debris, and it is confirmed that the friction surface is smooth and dry, it can be assembled on the ground. During assembly, oil-free sleepers are used to cushion the components, and wooden bars are used to support both sides of the components to enhance stability. The assembly of the roof beam is taken as a unit between the two columns, and the unit should be inspected after splicing:

① the straightness of the beam;

② Spacing dimensions of bolt holes connected with other components (such as columns). Tighten the high-strength bolt after the adjustment test meets the requirements.

5. Install accessories

Roof purlins and wall purlins are installed simultaneously. Before installing purlins, check the deformation of the components, such as excessive treatment, oil and sediment on the surface of the components. Several purlins are hoisted together as a group, and the purlin slope is checked after a span is installed. It is required that the straightness of the purlin be controlled within the allowable deviation range, otherwise the connection bolt (padded block) is adjusted.

6. Recheck, adjust, weld and repaint

After the hoisting is completed, all components are rechecked and adjusted. After meeting the design requirements, on-site welding is carried out to repair the paint damage of the steel structure components.
