Laser cutting maintenance to do these three points

1. Replace the water and clean the tank.

Suggestion: Clean the water tank once a week and replace the circulating water once a week.

Note: Before the machine works, ensure that the laser tube is full of circulating water. Water quality and temperature directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water with a temperature controlled below 35 ° C. If the temperature exceeds 35°C, change the circulating water or add ice to the water to reduce the temperature. Clean the water tank: First turn off the power supply, unplug the water inlet pipe, so that the water in the laser tube automatically flows into the water tank, open the water tank, take out the pump, and remove the dirt on the pump. Clean the tank, replace the circulating water, return the pump to the tank, insert the water pipe connected to the pump into the water intake, and arrange the connector.

2. Clean the fan.

Long-term use of wind will accumulate a large amount of solid dust in the fan, making the fan produce a lot of noise, which is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the fan suction is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet and outlet pipes of the air machine, remove the internal dust, and then invert the fan, wind blades in the fan, and then install the fan.

3. Clean your lenses.

The laser cutting machine has three mirrors and a focusing mirror, and the laser is reflected through these lenses after being focused from the laser head. Lenses are easily contaminated by dust or other contaminants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage. No. 1 and 2 lenses do not need to be removed when cleaning, just dip the lens cleaning solution and carefully wipe the paper along the middle of the lens to the rotating edge. The No. 3 lens and the focusing mirror need to be removed from the frame, wiped in the same way, wiped and put back in place.
