What are the quality standards for steel structure anticorrosion engineering?

In the steel structure anticorrosion engineering, in order to ensure the quality of the project, the anticorrosion treatment needs to meet certain standards. Now the quality standards of steel structure engineering are as follows:

1. Ensure that the project shall comply with the following requirements:

1) The type, model and quality of coatings, diluents and hardeners should meet the design requirements of the current relevant standards in China.

Inspection method: inspection quality certificate or reinspection report.

2) The steel surface rust removal before painting should meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current relevant standards in China. The steel surface after chemical rust removal should show metallic color.

The surface of the treated steel should be free of welding slag, weld, dust, oil stains, water, rough edges, etc.

Inspection method: The current national standard "Rust grade and rust removal grade of steel surface before painting" was used to compare and observe the photos.

3) Can not be mistakenly painted, missed coating, coating should not peel and rust.

Inspection method: observation inspection.

2 Foundation projects shall comply with the following provisions:

1) Appearance quality of painting project:

Qualified: the coating should be uniform, no obvious wrinkles, bubbles, good adhesion.

Advantages: Brushing should be uniform, consistent color, no wrinkles, flow and bubbles, good adhesion, clear color line, neat.

Inspection method: observation inspection.

2) component paint quality:

Qualified: The paint film should be complete.

Advantages: layered brush according to coating process, complete paint film, good adhesion.

Number of inspections: 10% of the number of each type of component, but not less than 3 pieces.

Inspection method: observation inspection.

3) The permissible deviation items and inspection methods of dry paint film thickness in the painting project shall comply with the provisions of Table 5-26. The thickness value and allowable deviation value of the dry paint film shall comply with the provisions of the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering".

Check frequency: 10% according to the number of similar components, but should not be less than 3 pieces. Each piece measures 5 positions, and the value of each position is about the average thickness of dry paint film at 50 mm measuring points.

4) Finished product protection

1 Steel members should be added temporary enclosure isolation after painting to avoid trampling and damage to the coating.

2 After the coating of steel components, in case of strong wind or rain for 4h, it should be covered to avoid the adhesion of dust and water vapor, affecting the adhesion of the coating.

3 When the coating component needs to be transported, attention should be paid to avoid bumping, avoiding dragging on the ground, and avoiding coating damage.

The coated steel member should not be in contact with the acid, so as not to bite the coating.
